Delaware 1st is a union signatory with the Laborers International Union of North America (LIUNA) Local 199, ensuring every member receives the protections, wages, and benefits of a collective bargaining agreement.

Through Local 199's apprenticeship and training programs, our members earn industry-recognized credentials while building real careers in the trades.

One Member. One Vote.

Delaware 1st is governed by its members. Each full member casts one equal vote, regardless of role or tenure. Members elect the Board of Directors, ratify major decisions at annual meetings, and serve on standing committees that shape operations, training, and community impact.
